What is a mobile spa party?
Mobile Spa Parties are a fairly new concept. Essentially we bring the spa to you in any location of your choosing. Primarily parties are held in homes and community centers. Many parents who live in more secluded locations or who want the convenience of having the party at home choose this type of party. We bring all the furnishings and décor for the spa portion of the party.
How long have you been doing mobile parties?
We have been doing mobile spa parties for children, adults, and small and large businesses since 2010.
What are examples of previous clients you have worked with?
We have held numerous spa parties and themed birthday parties for children, teens, and pre-teens with an age range from 4 to 18. We have created birthday spa parties for as many as 20 16-year-old girls and as small as 4 8-year-old girls. We have also done spa parties with adult ladies for bachelorette parties, ladies night out, baby showers or just because .We have also worked with numerous small businesses and offices throughout the Tri-State area. A few examples of the companies we have worked with are: Aetna, WWE, University of New Haven, and The Kennedy Center.
What geographic areas do you serve?
We serve NJ, CT, NYC and its surrounding suburbs.
Is there an extra charge for doing mobile parties vs in spa parties?
Yes, there is a flat $100 fee added on for mobile parties in CT and NY suburbs. There is a There is a $175 fee added for northern NJ parties.
Where can a party be setup?
Parties can be set up in homes, apartments, condos, hotel rooms, community centers, just about any public or private space. We are accustomed to working in both very large and very small spaces. We will bring appropriate furnishings to meet your needs.
Do we need to provide anything?
No, we bring everything including all furnishings. If you want for us to set up the party using your furnishings we can do that as well.
What about tipping?
For mobile parties, we leave tipping at your discretion. Generally the girls are tipped between 18% to 25%.
What if I have to cancel or postpone my party?
Changes can be made up to 48 hours (2 days) in advance. Cancellations can be made up to 10 days prior to your party date to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Are there any restrictions on the number of people for adult parties?
We ask for a party to have at least three people or a minimum charge of $300. We are able to provide services that reach scales of 100 or so people.
Can I bring in other entertainment to my spa party?
We are accustomed to working with other vendors and can certainly work with and around them.
